The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and technical skills, capable of managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. A strong understanding of IT concepts and cloud  is a plus.

 
Meeting Management:

  • Coordinate and attend project meetings, capturing key actions and decisions.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and gathering necessary materials.

Data & Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources.

  • Generate reports using Excel, including charts and pivot tables.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

 

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with basic IT and cloud concepts.

  • Comfortable using various software applications and online tools.

  • Collect and analyze project reports

  • Draft and format correspondence, emails, documents, and presentations.

  • Preparing multi-project reports and Ensuring data quality.

  • Preparing project status reports for management review.

  • Operational support on the management of a project, executing defined subtasks.

  • Prepare detailed project reports, including status reports, risk assessments, and other documentation.

  • implement governance standards including tracking, monitoring, reporting status of project/program deliverables.

  • Document issues/risks, assign preventive/corrective actions, and monitor/track to closure.

  • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements

  • Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when Needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 year's experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role.

  • Good communication skills to present the data and metrics to the stakeholders

  • Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings.

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, Powerpoint, Word and Excel 

  • Strong program coordination and administration abilities.

  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
